In a recent high-level meeting, TLCB Chairman Mr. Dr. Muhammad Tayyeb Javed and General Secretary Ms. Mariana Diaz Ximenez met with His Excellency Mr. Kimura Tetsuya, the Japanese Ambassador to Timor-Leste in Dili.
